Secretary / Receptionist

Babcock Fitzroy is one of New Zealand’s largest marine engineering, ship repair and maintenance facilities. Our offices are situated on the waterfront in Devonport.

As Team Secretary and Receptionist you will provide front-line customer service to clients and contractors as well as administrative support to senior managers and staff.

Along with general office administration you will also assist in business development, including research, database management, preparing tender documents, marketing releases and building rapport with customers.

You will have good computer skills, proficient with MS Word and Excel, and have a cheerful outlook to support the team.
